Build Large Scale Parts with the Flexibility of 120 Materials. The Objet1000 is the largest multi-material 3D printer in the world. It lets you build your largest tools, fixtures and prototypes - or large batches of smaller parts - in one automated job. Offering 120 material options, with as many as 14 distinct materials in any part or tray, and PolyJet's signature high precision, amplify productivity and expand your in-house capabilities.

Full Scale Prototypes with Flawless Precision

Equipped with an ultra-large build tray that measure's 1000 x 800 x 500 mm (39.3 x 31.4 x 19.6 in.), the ultra-versatile Objet1000 Plus amplifies productivity without sacrificing accuracy. It works largely unattended to produce multi-material parts directly from CAD data, preserving fine details and geometric complexity at any scale.

In industries like automotive and aerospace, the Objet1000 Plus streamlines production of 1:1 models, patterns, molds, fixtures and other manufacturing tools. It’s up to 40 percent faster than its predecessor, and offers the lowest cost of ownership per part of any PolyJet system. Its size, speed and precision amount to higher throughput, lower cost per part – and ultimately a quick return on investment. Easy to use and capable of printing for prolonged, unattended periods.

Connex technology offers a choice of over 120 materials, with materials that simulate both standard and ABS-grade plastics. In addition, you can print up to 14 materials in a single model to achieve the precise look and feel of your intended end product.
